A new hotel development is set to launch in a thriving tourism zone, featuring 182 beds and a wide array of high-end facilities. Designed for leisure and wellness tourism, the hotel will include a restaurant, bar, cafeteria, spa, gym, and dual swimming pools (indoor and outdoor). It’s strategically built to support year-round operation, with amenities distributed across semi-basement and outdoor spaces, including underground technical and recreational facilities.
The parking infrastructure includes 108 spaces in total, supporting both guests and staff. The semi-basement will host essential hotel operations, including laundry, kitchens, and staff amenities, alongside commercial spaces like a gym, hair salon, and shops.
With no requirement for a Special Ecological Assessment, the development proceeds without environmental restrictions due to its distance from protected Natura 2000 zones. However, the project is expected to increase regional demand for water, energy, and cause temporary traffic intensification, especially during construction.
This hotel is part of a broader landscape of tourism and residential development in the area, indicating an ongoing expansion of Larnaca’s real estate and hospitality infrastructure, positioning the project as a solid addition to the local economy and investment landscape.
