A. Lefkaritis: Sales Begin at Land of TomorrowLand of Tomorrow Launches Sales in Larnaca – Petrolina Group Unveils €45M First PhaseA. Lefkaritis: Sales Begin at Land of Tomorrow

The Land of Tomorrow Larnaca development has officially entered its first phase, marking a major milestone for the ambitious €800+ million masterplan by Petrolina Group. Located along the coastal front of the former refinery area in Larnaca, this project is set to redefine the seafront landscape with luxury, sustainability, and global appeal.

The first phase, valued at €45 million, includes two premium residential buildings—one with 11 floors and the other with 7 floors. These buildings will be constructed on a 12,000 m² beachfront plot, situated just 100 meters from the shoreline. Unlike many large-scale developments, this project does not include high-rise towers, ensuring a low-density, exclusive living environment.

In a recent interview with StockWatch, project leader Andreas Lefkaritis confirmed that sales of the luxury apartments will begin in August, managed by international developer BBF. Interest from investors is already high, particularly from Israel, the United States, India, and several European countries.

This phase is only the beginning. The full Land of Tomorrow masterplan will expand over 2.5 kilometers of coastline, introducing a unique blend of residential, commercial, and lifestyle spaces. On the opposite side of the road, a 150,000 m² plot will be transformed into a mixed-use area featuring offices, restaurants, retail shops, cafés, and green spaces with 20,000 newly planted trees.

The project is being developed through a strategic collaboration between Petrolina Group, BBF, and world-renowned architects Foster + Partners. Their partnership highlights the project’s international standard and strong investment potential.

With sustainability, design excellence, and investor interest at its core, the Land of Tomorrow Larnaca is set to become a landmark destination in Cyprus real estate.
